Kim Zolciak Accuses Kandi Burrus of Suing for Publicity Purposes

There seem to be more lawsuits than music being made these days!

Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak alleges that former co-star, Kandi Burruss, is only suing her to gain publicity for her current reality show, ‘The Kandi Factory’.

Burruss is suing Zolciak for copyright infringement for Kim’s ‘hit’ song, ‘Tardy for the Party’ which was co-written by Burrus and she claims she hasn’t been properly paid for the 2009 song.

Kim says Kandi has been ‘overpaid for her musical contribution to the tune of $6,000.
