The site promises to be a central marketplace for the entire sports industry. According to SportsBusiness, the site is a result of their relationship with Turnkey Search, a sports executive search company. “Career Link immediately becomes Plan A for filling a position,†said Turnkey CEO Len Perna. “The entire industry will keep an eye on this job board, making it the very best source of ‘inbound’ job applicants. For employers, adding our ‘outbound’ search services to a posting, whether they’re an agency, brand or property, it’s hands down the most effective and efficient method for hiring in sports,†said Perna in a statement.
Jobs on the site range from entry level marketing and sales positions starting at $36,000 at The Aspire Group, a global sports and entertainment marketing firm to mid-level opportunities such as career counselors for the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA).
