The team translates the captured data into tactics they can perform–such as creating standard operating procedures or management guidelines for discussing medical leaves–to further support overall organizational goals.

Johnson takes full advantage of his unit’s expertise in research, analysis, and reasoning to study trends and to predict opportunities and threats.Johnson’s team developed and implemented a new national rate and flat fee schedule for each type of claim. The new schedule has substantially reduced legal costs and provided tighter controls over each case.
