DMX has been in trouble with the law quite a few times in various states. His latest arrest in South Carolina is because he was driving without a license.
DMX was pulled over while driving a 1978 Buick, by a police officer allegedly for driving without a license. He was brought in to the Spartanburg Detention Center around 2 am and was released 5 hours later.
Unfortunately, his 5 month old daughter was in the backseat at the time. There is no word on what happened to her while he was being detained.
