On Thursday, April 30, Black Enterprise will host a Twitter chat with angel investor Rodney S. Sampson, executive in charge of diversity and inclusion for One Three Media, a Hearst | Mark Burnett Productions (which serves as executive producers of Shark Tank, The Voice, Survivor, Celebrity Apprentice, The Bible Series, Son of God, and Space Race.)
BlackEnterprise.com producer Essence Gant will moderate the conversation with Sampson, who is also founder of Opportunity Hub, a multi-campus coworking space, entrepreneurship school, pre-accelerator and incubator, on “How to Secure Millions for Your Business.”
The author of four books including Kingonomics: Twelve Innovative Currencies For Transforming Your Business & Life, Sampson has been a Black Enterprise Elevator Pitch Contest judge, offering insights and feedback to entrepreneurs who pitch and ultimately win the $10,000 prize, and he also Kingonomics, a leading diversity and inclusion platform to ensure that minorities and under-served communities learn to effectively and successfully navigate the investment ecosystem. Each year, Kingonomics’ conferences attract more than 1,800 entrepreneurs, 500 teenagers and 100 accredited investors and mentors.
