Urban Business Roundtable Spotlight On Carnival Corp. CEO Arnold Donald


This week on The Urban Business Roundtable, Dywaine Betts Jr., chats with Carnival Corporation CEO and President Arnold Donald. On the board of directors for Carnival for 12 years, Donald was announced as CEO of the cruise-industry corporation, taking over the duties from business magnate Mickey Arison. The New Orleans native has quite a résumé before him. He was president and CEO of The Executive Leadership Council, a professional network of African American executives of major U.S. He previously served as president and CEO of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International. He was also named Black Enterprise Executive of the Year in 1997, when he was a senior executive at Monsanto. Donald joins the roundtable to chat on how he’s turning the tide and charting a new course.
