Whether you’re a social media professional or just learning the social ropes, a reliable social media management tool can prevent social networking overload. There are numerous tools available, from Buffer to Social Flow, but HootSuite is a favorite among the tools. The web-based management tool has a user-friendly interface that allows users to connect their WordPress, Foursquare, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ accounts to the platform. Get Organized:

After setting up your account and logging in, HootSuite will walk you through connecting your networks and organizing the streams. While HootSuite is optimized for managing Twitter accounts, users can post to their personal Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, as well as groups and pages of which they are an administrator or member.
