On Wednesday, March 25, from noon to 1:00 p.m. EST, Black Enterprise is holding a Twitter chat with Content Producer Courtney Connley on innovation and diversity in technology, growing your business outside of Silicon Valley, how to gain venture capital funding for your startup and more, featuring Don Charlton, founder and CEO of The Resumator, a software company that recruits top talent.

Charlton, who will be a speaker on “How to Secure Millions for your Business” at the Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Summit, will share valuable insights on his career and tips for young entrepreneurs. The Resumator launched online in 2009, and already has raised $18 million in venture capital funding. The company works with more than 3,000 companies in 70 countries; clients include tech giants Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, and Mashable. Charlton credits hard work and having a good product as the leading factors that helped him to raise millions in funding.
