Fitzpatrick Dealership Group is the largest African American-owned dealership group in California. Founded by Ed Fitzpatrick in 1989, the Modesto-based company owns Valley BMW, Valley Lexus, and Coliseum Lexus of Oakland. Fitzpatrick’s dealership group grossed $105 million in revenues in 2008 —down 22% from the previous year.

In May 2008, Fitzpatrick Dealership Group donated $2,500 to Liberia-based nonprofit Relief Inc., which financed the small business operations of three mothers.
