Making its debut at No. 20 on the 2009 BE Industrial/Service Companies list is Fair Oaks Farms L.L.C, the nation’s largest minority-owned meat supplier. During the previous year, the BE 100s freshman firm earned $210 million in revenues.

Through a partnership with global custom food giant OSI Group, Fair Oaks Farms operates a 55,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art meat processing facility. Since its inception, the Wisconsin-based company has served as supplier to some of the world’s leading restaurant chains and retail companies including McDonald’s and Wal-Mart.
