I think it’s interesting to have 50 on the cover. It shows that BE is blazing a new frontier with its content, yet staying true to its mission. 50 is an enterprising business man first, after all. Thumbs up!
Thanks for this behind-the-scenes look at the cover shoot. As much as I like to see real people on the cover of BE, it was cool to see someone famous talking about something I’m interested in. As a previous poster said, he’s a rapper, sure, but any successful rapper is a successful businessman first. Great job.
Good choice for choosing 50 as the cover. He’s proven himself to be quite a businessperson. Besides the music and clothing labels which are fine. The investment in Vitamin Water proves he has vision. Also his personal commitment to learning is something all of us could learn from.

@Krankin & Meridith M. I agree with your comments. What I like about this cover is that it allows for the reader to look at 50cent/rappers in another light. He’s on the cover in a suit instead of a hoodie and jeans. He’s posed with a classic version of the iconic vehicle that symbolizes wealth as success. This presentation gives you classy, sophisticated, old money… it’s nice to see the “business” side of rap.
