A new study says men with bald heads are thought of as more effective leaders

All powerful. All black — all bald.

A new study from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business says that men with shaved heads are perceived as better, more powerful leaders with advantages in all aspects of business.

Published in the new journal of Social Psychological and Personality Science, lead researcher Albert Mannes says that participants were asked to rate men based on individual factors such as athleticism, confidence, attractiveness and leadership ability.
