There’s been debate after debate about the implications of dreadlocks and their presence in the workplace, especially in some corporate landscapes where it may seem to be the hairstyle of taboo. From stereotypes linked to the Rastafari movement to the misconceptions about hygiene, many professional women wrestle with the question of whether to stay true to their own unique style choice or give in to what some consider the status quo.
