When it comes to that powerful, I-mean-business look, “Scandal” star Olivia Pope, has it down pat. From designer ball gowns to conservative, but chic pantsuits, this White House “fixer,” played by Kerry Washington, knows how to bring it. (One might even liken the character’s knack for polished style to that of First Lady Michelle Obama.)
