Find out what your clear responsibilities are and get them in writing. Decide how you would like to be paid (i.e., a retainer or hourly). Ask for what you deserve and what you can deliver. Remember, reputation is everything. Live up to yours.
Procter-Rogers:
Do embrace diversity and don't be trapped by confirmation bias. Confirmation bias is when we screen out people and information we might not agree with. The unintended consequence of confirmation bias is that over time, we become unaware of our own biases and can find ourselves without the relationships, resources, and understanding needed to help our organizations and clients navigate in this global marketplace.
Miller:
Decide what success looks like and make sure your employer and/or client knows as well. Managing expectations is a must. Whether you’re working for a celebrity, a government agency, or a corporation, results matter.

Photography:
Our photographers use industry leading professional digital
SLR cameras. The Canon EOS 50D, Canon Rebel XSI, Nikon D60 and the Sony A700
help our photographers to bring your event alive.
Videography: Videography duties are handled by a couple of competent
workhorses. The industry standard prosumer Canon XL1s, and Canon GL‐2 are 3ccd
digital video cameras used to capture every moment. Once captured, video footage
is then loaded onto our state of the art video editing suite. Using Final Cut Pro
Studio, we are able to create above industry quality effects with minimal costs to our
client.
Promotional product printing: Whether small, or large we have the ability
to accommodate any size print needs.
Graphics: Handling the graphics department is Adobe Photoshop CS4
Mastersuite Collection. Coupled to a Mac Pro with dual 2.6ghz quad core
processors, our graphics suite is always up to the most jaunting tasks.
Promotional event coordination: In addition to events, we also wrap vehicles to
provide an exclusive advertising service for our clients. The investment of
advertising through our promotional team assures major coverage in a unique,
nationwide marketing and distribution network designed to increase brand
recognition.
