Get Rid of Negative People in Your Life

In order to feel strong and empowered again, you must surround yourself with positive people. They will keep you inspired and encouraged during your “bounce back” period.

Get Creative While Rebranding

When you have a setback in your business or career, brainstorm on other creative ways to rebrand or reintroduce yourself to your audience or customer with things like email blasts or newsletters. You can even get a friend to help throw a fun, free event to remind people of who you are and what you do. Sometimes it can be hard to gain security in your career, but don’t be afraid to use your resources and relationships.

Recharge

Sometimes you can get your power back by stepping away from it all. We are so focused on the many things we want to accomplish and inundated with our day to day hustle, that sometimes we grow weak, irritable, and flat out exhausted. We start to feel powerless. A weekend getaway, stay-cation, or a day at the spa with your girls can help you recharge. Then you can step back in the ring swinging and ready to fight the challenges of the world.

Flip the Script

If you’re feeling unsteady in your personal life or undervalued in your relationship, try flipping the script. The power in the relationship can shift in your direction, if you make some different moves. Changing your normal behavior may shake up your partner. Be busy and less available, and make plans by yourself instead of as a couple. Focus more on YOU, and suddenly you’ll notice your significant other will start to focus more on you, too!

Go to Church

I believe that there will be times where you may not be able to recover or build yourself back up on your own. You need a “higher power”(pun intended). Open up your heart and mind and ask for your spirit to be renewed. Even if you’re not super religious, going to church may still give you a powerful message that you need to hear or an emotional song that can uplift you. Be willing and to be open, because you never know what goodness you could receive!
