Fan Posts Photo of Dwyane Wade’s Old Converse Sneakers, and he Responds

It was a time before his deal with Brand Jordan, before his deal with Chinese sneaker company Li-Ning. But was it really all that long ago that Dwyane Wade was signed to … Converse?

Sure, that’s a rhetorical question, but color us surprised to see Wade respond to a fan on Twitter who said that he’d found two pairs of Wade’s old Converse kicks while cleaning.

“@DwyaneWade look what I found cleaning out my closet,” said user @AnthonyBiase, whose profile says he is a producer with Fox Sports Florida.

“Hold on to those,” Wade tweeted to his 4 million-plus followers.

Even better? According to Biase’s replies, some people are asking the size of the sneakers. So he could be in for a nice payday.
