Lil Kim has been known for her voluptuous image since she stepped onto the music scene in the mid-90s, but over the past few years her sexy figure hasn’t received much positive feedback, especially not when talk show hosts such as Wendy Williams are commenting on her new “filled” face.
Wendy took to her show last Tuesday (March 12), telling Kim— through the television of course —“Kim, in my mind, I know your goal was always to look like La Toya Jackson,” she continued. "You've out-La Toya'd La Toya in your new look, and don't blame Photoshopping. Blame your plastic surgeon, girl." Kimberly Jones didn’t take kindly to Williams’ words, so she took to Twitter to express her anger. "@WendyWilliams B*tch Y didn't u show the side by side pic," she yelled through her computer. "This pic is photoshopped & U know it. U hating B*tch."
Lil Kim released a number of upsetting tweets, which have since been deleted, claiming the images Wendy referenced during her broadcast were altered and photoshopped. The raptress has now filed $1 million lawsuit against her lawyer, Sunny Barkats, and his partner, Andrew Ro.
While her anger may be properly placed, the public just wants to know the truth. To settle the debate, BlackEnterprise.com has compiled a number of Lil Kim photos posted through the years and wants readers to decide. Is her argument legit or is she just “custom made?”
Lil Kim shows off her sexy look alongside friend and lover, the Notorious B.I.G. and music executive Sean "Puffy" Combs.
The Queen Bee shows fans her sweet and innocent side with a cheek-to-cheek smile while hanging out with R&B star Faith Evans.
Kim is 'that' chick, and she's had no problem sharing her curvacious, mid-90s body with fans.
Every female music star goes through a blonde phase, and Lil Kim rocked the look with no fear.
The G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time) raptress was ahead of the curve when she decided to sport blue hair. Since her multicolored hair look, many celebs have followed suit including Amber Rose, Katy Perry and of course, Nicki Minaj.
Kimberly Jones is no stranger to holding a loading gun below her belt, so when it came to creating this pose she didn't hold anything back.
Believing blonde is better, Lil Kim dressed up for LIFE Magazine, showing off her long blonde hair in all black everything.
Everyone remembers the Queen Bee's legendary spread eagle squatting pose, so it's only fitting that Mrs. Jones follow in her own footsteps and reenact her wide open stiletto shot standing up, still rocking her blonde hair of course.
Lil Kim always loved showing off her body, but at some point things began to change. She may have lost her pin-tight figure, but that didn't seem to stop her from sharing a "little" skin with anyone willing to watch.
While other images may have shown Queen Bee was changing from the firm figure fans were familiar with, Lil Kim made sure any picture-perfect photos released never strayed from her famed image.
The Queen Bee seemed to disappear from the limelight after her red carpet appearance at the 2004 MTV Video Music Awards, but resurfaced several years later once Nicki Minaj hit the music scene. When Kimberly returned she looked a bit different from years prior, and plastic surgery rumors seemed to swarm the media's gossip mill.
Last spring, Kim showed off her new "face" while performing during L.A. Pride last June. To many, the Junior M.A.F.I.A. raptress looked virtually unrecognizable.
Just last week, Kimberly Jones made a long and unexpected appearance to the New York premiere party of Braxton Family Values—just after Wendy Williams blasted the female starlet's newly "filled" face.
