Joe Morton Wins Creative Arts Emmy Award

According to ET, Joe Morton was among one of the many winners of a 2014 Creative Arts Emmy Award. The “Scandal” actor portrays the powerful father of Kerry Washington’s character Olivia Pope on the popular television series.

Morton, who plays Rowan Pope, won Guest Actor in a Drama Series. Winning Guest Actress in a Comedy Series was Uzo Aduba, who plays Crazy Eyes in the Netflix hit series “Orange is the New Black.”
