The line, available in 200 stores, includes rings, belly chains, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, sunglasses, handbags, and belts. Prices range from $7.50 to $30. Icing by Claire's, a division of Claire's Stores Inc., is an accessories store for women age 17 to 27.
