Basketball star LeBron James has voiced his opinion about the pending $525 million sale of the Sacramento Kings, Forbes reports.
â€So the Kings getting sold for 525M!! And the owners ain’t making no money huh?,” Lebron tweeted recently. “What the hell we have a lookout (lockout) for. Get the hell out of here. And from what I hear the $525M isn’t even the whole % of the team! Smh. One thing is I can’t hate on their hustle though. Crazy.â€
NBA players’ share of league revenue was cut from 57% to 50%Â last season which increased team values tremendously. The value of NBA teams has increased more than 30% in the past year with the average NBA team now worth $509 million.
