When asked what advice he’d share with other aspiring entrepreneurs of color, Baker says, “Make sure you have a sustainable, scalable business, and that you’re doing things professionally with customer service being No. 1.” He also underscores the power of consistent networking. He attends at least two networking events a month. “Every 48 hours you should be building a new relationship with someone,â€ he says.
