The Philadelphia-based pharmaceutical manufacturer increased its sales by 120%; grew its staff from 1,200 to 1,500 employees and acquired a manufacturing facility from Merck & Co. through its wholly owned subsidiary Cherokee Pharmaceuticals L.L.C.

With its latest acquisition, PRWT Services is now the first minority-owned Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturer in the United States.
