MIG-Visteon Automotive Systems L.L.C. is a joint venture established between Manufacturers Industrial Group L.L.C. (No. 32 on the BE Industrial/Service Companies list with $132.8 million in revenues) and Visteon Corp. The LaVergne, Tennesse-based firm exclusively assembles cockpit modules for Nissan.

Revenues for the minority supplier were in excess of $115.7 million in 2008 – down 49.3% from the previous year.
