Founded by Donald Goens in 2004, FSH Communications L.L.C. is the largest minority-owned telecommunications company in the Midwest, and the sixth largest black-owned company in Illinois.   FSH was formed after it acquired the payphone assets of Qwest Communications International Inc.

FSH specializes in communications, content, access and digital merchandising solutions for urban, rural, and commercial customers. The company’s products include payphone services for U.S. correctional facilities, ATM kiosks,  WiFi Phones,  as well as live media and text message distribution.

The Chicago-based company processes more than 100 million transactions annually.

In 2008, the company’s revenues totaled $60.6 million.
