Clive Davis Comes Out as Bisexual to ‘Katie’ Show

Music industry legend, Clive Davis, has come out of the closet.

In an exclusive interview with Katie Couric on her talk show, “Katie,” (which airs on Feb. 19), Davis – responsible for the music careers of Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, and Jennifer Hudson – candidly opens up about his sexuality.

“I opened myself up to the possibility that I could have a relationship with a man as well as the two that I had with a woman,” he says on his failed marriage in the mid ’80s. “I’m still attracted to women. You don’t have to be only one thing or another. For me, it’s the person.”

While the Brooklyn-bred music tastemaker shied away from revealing who he’s dating, he did note that he’s in a “monogamous relationship,” according to Billboard. Davis’ revelation coincides with his autobiography, “The Soundtrack of My Life,” which goes on sale the same day of the show’s airing.
