According to documents filed in the U.S. District Court of California, Otano is filing a breach of contract, fraud in inducement, rescission and restitution, copyright infringement and declaratory relief. The plaintiff claims he co-created and co-owns the song and refused to sell the song unless he got credit. He is seeking unspecified damages.
