Chris Brown’s Halloween spirit was no laughing matter to most Americans. The costume seen on Twitter showed Brown and friends dressed as terrorists waving “guns” in the air.
According to TMZ, Brown was dressed in the costume for a Halloween party hosted by Rihanna in West Hollywood.
