Oprah Winfrey topped this year’s Forbes magazine’s highest-paid celebrity list for the fourth consecutive year.
Though the talk-show legend wrapped up her syndicated show after 25 years, Winfrey’s Harpo productions, which has a stake in popular shows like Rachel Ray, The Dr. Oz Show and Dr. Phil, has earned Winfrey great fortune. Other earnings came from her magazine, O, and her satellite radio station. In total, Winfrey has earned an estimated $165 million this year.
But with the end of her talk show and struggling ratings at her network, OWN, Winfrey’s reign at the top of the Forbes list may not last much longer. Only $5 million separated her from Transformers director and producer Michael Bay. Rapper and entrepreneur Dr. Dre also made the list at number five with $110 million.
