Where will most of the blacks in Chicago end up?
With most of the state funds going towards investing in the prison system it seems as if prison is the expectation.
According to Chris Williams of Ebony.com, a lot of the funding the could rejuvenate the public school system and help the community end up going towards the prison system. Over the last ten years, $5.3 billion dollars in state taxes have gone towards helping incarcerate many in the community.
