Interior designer Robin Wilson chronicled the gut renovation and redesign of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in the newly published book, “Kennedy Green House: Designing an Eco-Healthy Home From the Foundation to the Furniture,” (Greenleaf Book Group Press, $30).
