Some of the things I am most excited about this year is hearing from Debra Lee, CEO of BET Networks because I am so proud of the work she has done and the direction she is taking BET and Centric. The list of Legacy Award recipients this year is awesome and I look forward to hearing from each of the women in that group, especially Alfre Woodard. I am a leader in Diversity and Inclusion so I am looking forward to learning more about what other companies are doing to enhance their Diversity and Inclusion work.
