Payroll leader ADP has gone mobile–servicing more than 8,000 of its clients with the ADP Mobile Solutions application. Now, ADP clients in the United States can access essential payroll, benefits, and human resources information via their mobile device.
With this free, easy-to-use app, users can perform one or more applicable ADP solution offerings, including:
- Checking payroll information in real time: Employees can view their pay statements from up to five previous pay stubs, including deductions, net and gross earnings, and direct deposits.
- Managing time and attendance virtually: Staffers can create timesheets, punch in or out, and note a late arrival time.
- Monitoring the golden years’ fund: Employees can view their existing 401(k) allocations, distribution percentages, portfolio balances, and rate of return.
- Staying connected to corporate: Employees can read news and events posted by HR. Also, users can access the corporate roster to view, search, and contact employees listed in the directory.
These mobile features are allowing employers and employees to access vital information remotely, as well as further relationships between human resources managers and employees. Last November, the human capital management solutions leader extended use of the app to small businesses using the online payroll management solution, RUN Powered by ADP, as well as its comprehensive human resources outsourcing solution, ADP TotalSource.
The app is available for download through the Apple App Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices. It is also available for download using the browser of Apple, Android, and BlackBerry devices by visiting https://mobile.adp.com (employees must already have an ADP user ID and password).
