Southwest Airlines customers will soon pay a fee if they change their travel plans and don’t cancel their ticket before their flight.
The new policy was announced this past Friday at an investors’ conference in New York.
Company officials said the new fee will start next year, but didn’t give an exact date or say how much the fee will be.
