- A food basket makes a great gift. It doesn't take up much space in the employee's home and after they eat the contents they're left with a beautiful basket. You can choose from a popcorn or cookie gift basket or a more formal basket containing fruits, cheeses or wine.

- An engraved gift is an excellent way to give the same gift to all employees, while still making it personal. A nice pen, business card holder or a leather notebook engraved with the employee's name or initials on it makes the perfect keepsake.

- A gift card allows your employee to purchase the exact gift that they desire. Rather than give a gift card to a specialized store which may not contain anything your employee wants, stick to major retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart or Best Buy. Amazon gift certificates are also a good gift because of their wide selection of products.

- Digital Picture frames are an inexpensive gift that just about anyone can use. You can leave it empty, allowing the employee to put any picture that she chooses inside. If you want to get a bit more creative, you can insert a photo of the employee at work or a photo of the whole company.

- Rather than giving each employee an individual gift, you could throw a large party that allows everyone to celebrate together. If you're giving this as the only gift, make it a special occasion. Plan the party offsite, perhaps at local restaurant, bar or club. Offer entertainment, such as a DJ, Band or a play casino company.
