Flickr Pro has announced that it will allow new users to sign up for 3 months of commitment free service, meaning that you will not have to enroll with a credit card.
Flickr Pro lets you store images of up to 50 MB each, download high-resolution images, and upload and play HD videos. To compete with Instagram features Flickr has incorporated filters in their mobile app.
