Tiffany Bowden

Tiffany Bowden is a Co-Founder and was the Founding President of the Minority Cannabis Business Association. She is currently the Education Co-Chair on the Executive Board for MCBA. She is also the co-founder and an owner of ComfyTree Enterprises. Tiffany has worked at major fortune 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Arnold Worldwide, Barefoot Proximity, Groupon and other organizations in cross functional roles such as Diversity and Inclusion, Advertising, HR, Sales and more. Tiffany is a PhD candidate at the University of Illinois specializing in issues at the intersection of diversity and business. She offers consulting for entrepreneurs, investors, patients and doctors who are interested in breaking into the industry. She also offers services to support established operators in the cannabis space. She has been featured in Ebony Magazine, Advertising Age, High Times, USA Today, Reuters, Bloomberg, Cannabis Now, CNN, and more. She has been awarded and recognized for her research on Diversity Representation and contribution as a McNair Scholar, Ford Foundation Difficult Dialogues Diversity Facilitator, Ford Foundation Honorable Mention Alternate Scholar, and Thurgood Marshall Scholar. As a Black Enterprise Contributor she focuses on helping people of color find opportunities in emerging markets including Tech and Cannabis spaces. She offers private consulting for individuals and groups. She is available for speaking engagements and has spoken at Universities and Colleges.
