Epiphany Spa & Salon
Seeking to educate Chicago’s urban populace about the benefits of massage therapy, Epiphany Spa & Salon, a full-service wellness facility, is set to open in spring 2004 in the city’s South Loop section.

Inspired to enter the Miller Urban Entrepreneur Business Grant Competition by her friends and last year’s winners, Dana Powell and Shannon Bonner of bridal magazine Brides Noir, Syreeta Talbert requested an application and attended the Miller Urban Entrepreneur Series seminar in Chicago.
The grant from the Miller competition has helped expedite Epiphany’s opening, allowing Talbert to focus on marketing and researching its specialty services including yoga, Pilates, colonic treatments, and teen acne prevention.
