She has a proven track record in sales, fundraising and strategic planning, corporate branding and image enhancement, and marketing, mentoring and community relations. Daniels is an accomplished manager of people, programs, events, and information. She possesses a deep commitment to service and a passion for people.
In her current position as vice president of multimedia and events sponsorship sales for Earl G. Graves Publishing Co., /BLACK ENTERPRISE, Daniels is responsible for the acquisition of new advertisers, sponsors and business partnerships, generating revenue for the BLACK ENTERPRISE franchise through the sale of integrated marketing solutions and event sponsorships to new and existing clients.
Daniels first joined BLACK ENTERPRISE as a group circulation sales manager in 1995 and was promoted to group circulation sales director in 1998 and director of sales strategy & promotions in 2001. Daniels rejoined BLACK ENTERPRISE in 2014 as senior director of events sponsorship sales and was subsequently promoted to vice president of multimedia and events sponsorship sales in 2021.
Daniels holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Douglas College, Rutgers University, and certifications in Planned Giving from The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University.
