Lamman Rucker still has a passion for youth and education, and founded a non-profit organization, The Black Gents. The organization is made up of an all male ensemble of actors dedicated to promoting the positive images of black males through thought-provoking and high quality entertainment, youth empowerment initiatives and community service.
