Anita Hill Documentary to Premiere at Sundance

Story of the sexual harassment accusation against Justice Clarence Thomas told on film

A documentary about Anita Hill’s sexual harassment accusations against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas will premiere at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.

ANITA, was directed by Academy-Award winning filmmaker Freida Lee Mock.

Sundance describes the documentary as a series of events that “[brought] sexual politics into the national consciousness and [fueled] 20 years of international debate on the issues.” Thomas denied the accusations and was eventually sworn in for a lifetime appointment in the Supreme Court.

The 2013 Sundance Film Festival will be held January 17-27 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance.
