Throughout his 33-year tenure, he held a variety of senior management positions at the world’s largest package delivery company before being appointed as the senior vice president of U.S. Operations. Now he sits on the board at Target, the second-largest discount retailer in America, serving on the Human Resources and Compensation Committee along with the Nominating and Governance Committee.
