Whether you’re vowing to shed those holiday pounds and workout more or quit a bad habit, it may take a little more than committing your resolutions to memory to stick with it. Thankfully, you’re not alone in this. Social media has cultivated the rise of online support networks and digital do-gooders invested in seeing you commit to your goals. It’s fair to say you have a friend (or two or three…thousand) in social media.

Share Your Resolutions with the World

Tell everybody about what you’re committing to accomplish. “It’s easy to quit when you haven’t shared your resolutions with others, but once you announce your New Year’s resolutions to the world it makes it harder to bow out,” writes Megan O’Neill of SocialTimes.
