The worst company to work for in America in 2012 was the Dish Network (DISH), according to research conducted by the website 24/7 Wall St., Businessweek reports.
To pick its winner, the site read entries on glassdoor.com, a site where people dish the dirt about their jobs. 346 former or current employees wrote scathing reviews about Dish. The most common complaints were long hours, lack of paid holidays, and too much mandatory overtime.
Other low scorers in employee satisfaction were Dillard’s (DDS) and RadioShack (RSH).
