Cutting Edge: 9 Tweeters for the Cost-Conscious

I like to consider myself a connoisseur of “free.” Not just of free, but of the bargain, the discount, all things low cost and – let’s not forget the ultimate in free-ocity – the giveaway. Maybe it’s my lingering attitude toward money (or spending it) that I developed in college that has made me a hound dog when it comes to sniffing out The Bargain. So in celebrating steals and deals, I rounded up some of my favorite Twitter accounts, which regularly tweet about great offers and promotions. Check ‘em out!
