Dr. Dre Says He is ‘Doing Great’ After Suffering From A Brain Aneurysm


Andre ‘Dr. Dre” Young, the legendary hip-hop producer and co-founder of the trailblazing rap group N.W.A., has suffered a brain aneurysm.

The music mogul was hospitalized at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after suffering a brain aneurysm Monday, TMZ reported. Young was reportedly rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and admitted to the ICU where he remains.

The “Beats By Dre” entrepreneur sent a message late Tuesday night to his 5.2 million followers and fans via his Instagram account assuring people that he is currently doing well.

Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!
