Dr. Obeng Discovered Lumps in ‘Gorilla Glue Girl’ Tessica Brown’s Breasts During A Pre-Surgery Screening
The saga of the “Gorilla Glue Girl” takes on another twist. Tessica Brown infamously went viral after releasing a video on TikTok and Instagram revealing that she used Gorilla Glue to lay down her hair after running out of hair spray. As a result, she stated in the video that her hair had been stuck in place for a month. She now faces a more serious problem.
According to TMZ, during a recent consultation for a prospective plastic surgery procedure for a breast lift and abdominal liposuction, lumps were discovered in her breasts.
As part of her pre-surgery consultation, Dr. Michael Obeng, the doctor who successfully removed the super-strong Gorilla Glue adhesive from her head, examined her breasts last week, and that’s when he discovered a lump in each of Brown’s breasts. Brown had a mammogram done for confirmation and when it was confirmed that there was a presence of masses, she had surgery to have them removed and they were being tested for cancer.
“Surgery went well. She had a lot of irritation on the scalp especially the edges of her hair, of her head, because of all of the chemicals that she has put in. And her hair was actually very, very tough, very, very matted down, and it would not lift up. She’s very, very lucky that she did not sustain a lot of injuries to her scalp.“She’s been through a lot. I hope that you guys will learn from Tessica’s injuries, or Tessica’s ordeal—make sure that anytime you guys grab something, make sure you read it.”
After the surgery, which was done free of charge by Dr. Obeng, Brown donated $20,000 to Dr. Obeng’s Restore Foundation.
