Elaine Welteroth Launches MasterClass for Designing the Career of Your Dreams

Teen Vogue editor-in-chief and New York Times bestselling author Elaine Welteroth wants to teach you how to boldly go after the career of your dreams.

The Project Runway judge recently launched the newest MasterClass centered around creating your dream career. Through the digital class, Welteroth teaches students how to move out of their comfort zone and use their passion to craft their dream jobs.

The millennial powerhouse uses modern forms of brand building to educate “moguls in the making” on getting comfortable with change. The lesson plans are structured to guide students as they start to rethink their career paths outside of corporate America’s structure for success and reintroduce them to new ways of having a diverse and meaningful career.

“This class is for all the creative entrepreneurs, the mid-career pivoters, and big dreamers who just need a little bit of help figuring out how to map out exactly how you’re gonna make all of your career dreams happen in this one lifetime,” Welteroth said in a press release.

“The reality is there is no one-size-fits-all approach to success. Your approach needs to be custom designed for you, and I want to help you craft the plan to make it happen.”

Topics Welteroth covers include “Uncovering Your Zone of Genius,” “Building Your Career Blueprint,” “Navigating Cancel Culture,” and “Taking the Leap to Be Your Own Boss.”

Welteroth uses personal experience while providing a career blueprint to help members build the career of their dreams. Something she refers to the “Zone of Genius”—the intersection where passion, talent, skills, and life values combine to construct a “Mind Map.”

“As the youngest editor-in-chief hired at Condé Nast and as a leading expert and advocate for the next generation, Elaine has shown that it is possible to build a sustainable career that feeds your soul and individual desires,” said David Rogier, founder and CEO of MasterClass.

“With millions of people currently reevaluating their career paths and direction, Elaine gives members the tools and advice needed to create their own path, whether they’re looking to pivot or take a leap toward uncharted territory.”
