Flexibility and portability are the two words that come to mind with Canon’s i80 color Bubble Jet printer. The device lets you print up to 10 color pages per minute (14 ppm black and white) as well as 4 x 6, 5 x 7, and 8.5 x 11 borderless photos.
Like most Canon printers, the device was easy to set up. Illustrated instructions walked us through the installation process, and we were ready to print in just a few minutes. The i80 also features the MicroFine Droplet and PictBridge technology, which lets you connect a compatible digital camera or DV camcorder directly to the printer to print images without having to connect through your PC.
The i80 also lets you print wirelessly via infrared or an optional Bluetooth interface, which means that you can send images from your PC or handheld devices to the printer.
