Lupita cast in new Star Wars movieAccording to Entertainment Weekly, Lupita Nyong’o will be in the next installment of the “Star Wars” movie series. It has also been announced that “Game of Thrones'” Gwendoline Christie is a recent addition as well.

Star Wars hasn’t had too many black castings so this should be interesting.

Nyong’o has been having a banner year thus far. After she played a major role in “12 Years a Slave,” as Patsy, she’s been on a roll! She won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, the first African actress to win the award, the first Kenyan actress to win an Oscar, and the first Mexican citizen to win the award.

Earlier this year, she was named “The Most Beautiful Woman” by People magazine.
